獨立董事與內部稽核主管及會計師之溝通情形
1. 本公司每月以書面就月份查核缺失及改補正追蹤情形彙總報告交付獨立董事核閱。
2. 本公司內部稽核主管定期於審計委員會議中向獨立董事進行稽核業務及稽核結果與其追蹤情形說明。
3. 本公司每季召開董事會，獨立董事、稽核主管均列席董事會，稽核主管於每次董事會皆報告內部稽核業務情形。
4. 審查年度財務報告時，簽證會計師出席審計委員會,說明查核公司財務報表過程、範圍事項相關法規更新情形，並與獨立董事充分相互討論。
5. 稽核主管及會計師與獨立董事隨時得視需要直接相互聯繫，溝通管道暢通。
